ZARP Stablecoin (Pty) Ltd is a juristic representative of Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd and renders intermediary services on behalf of the FSP. Compliance enquiries relating to ZARP Stablecoin may be directed to compliance@zarpstablecoin.com.

Nature of Services

Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd is authorised to render intermediary services in respect of crypto assets in terms of its pending FSP licence, applied for during the exemption window for existing crypto asset service providers. The company does not provide financial advice as defined in the FAIS Act. Nothing published on this website, or on any related website, application, or communication, constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions.

Conflicts of Interest

Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd maintains a conflicts of interest management policy in accordance with the General Code of Conduct for Authorised Financial Services Providers and Representatives (Board Notice 80 of 2003, as amended). A copy of this policy is available on request. Please direct such requests to compliance@inv.es.

Complaints Resolution

Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd maintains a formal complaints process. In the event of a complaint, the following escalation path applies:

1. Step 1 — Representative entity: Direct your complaint to the relevant representative in the first instance. For ZARP Stablecoin-related matters, contact compliance@zarpstablecoin.com. Written complaints will be acknowledged within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — FSP: If unresolved to your satisfaction, escalate the matter to Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd at compliance@inv.es.
3. Step 3 — FAIS Ombud: Should the matter remain unresolved, you may refer it to the FAIS Ombud:

Professional Indemnity & Fidelity Cover

Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd holds appropriate professional indemnity insurance and fidelity guarantee cover as required by the FAIS Act and applicable subordinate legislation. Details of the cover are available on request by contacting compliance@inv.es.
